Choosing M@n@gement

– Open access

M@n@gement was created as an open access journal 20 years ago. M@n@gement therefore incarnates the diamond model of open access in scientific publishing: free to submit, free to publish and free to read. This way our outlet is open to submission from all around the world, and accessible all around the world, following a philosophy of science as a global public good.

– Open-minded, inclusive and innovative outlet

We are open to new ideas, new themes, new methods. The online format of the journal enables us to publish pictures or videos.

– Professional double-blind peer-review process

First decisions on a manuscript (sent for review or desk rejected) are taken rapidly. For papers sent for review, we rely on three reviewers on average which allows for in-depth constructive feedback. Co-chief editors and senior editors also strongly engage with the manuscripts.

– New platform and partnership

Since January 2020, M@n@gement has partnered with Open Academia to offer a smooth, ergonomic experience of the submission process, and a professional open edition process. We also moved to a new system, Open Journal System (OJS) by Public Knowledge Project (PKP), in line with our philosophy of open science.

M@n@gement is entirely funded by the AIMS, its supporting academic association. It also benefits from the financial support of the CNRS Human and Social Sciences Institute.
